A people-first approach to building communities
I work in community engagement, focusing on how people find their place in a movement and stay there. My background spans volunteer communities, social organizations, and education networks, where I help design programs that turn interest into real participation.
Day to day that means facilitating conversations, coordinating events, writing the messages that reach people, and holding partnerships together long after the launch post. I care about clear communication, warm hospitality, and follow-through.
